I couldn't put it down! Wow! Right from the first chapter I was hooked. This author has written this story so well I was literally transported through time through her fabulous story telling! I could imagine it was me walking through the corridors and grounds of the castle so well has she described everything.
I loved all the characters especially the prince, he was destined to be a great, fair leader which rarely happened in this time that the novel is set, usually rulers at this time were very ruthless and cruel. I don't usually read medieval romance novels they usually either bore me or make so mad that I can't finish them, not this one however. My congratulations to the author for such amazing storytelling I was unable get much sleep until it was finished!

I loved the story. Initially, it took me a few moments to adjust to the language being used, but after that I got lost in the story. My heart was touched by the genuiness and openness of the characters. The story had a good vibe and flow. In parts of the story, I wanted to club Rose over the head and be her stand in. As a side note, if it were ever recommended to go to the big screen, I'd like for Esai Morales to portray the Prince. I'm just saying!
Fantastically written historical romance. Language and sentence structure was very spot on, so if you like classical feeling texts, this is a good read. The story starts off sweet and slow, but bring your tissues because happy and sad, you are going to need them. An emotional ride and most definitely worth the trip.
I only read about a chapter and a half ... never even making it to the point of where the hero & heroine meet. I am a fan of historical romance, however, this was slow and confusing to read. Things felt very jumbled to me and a little repetitive. I have read other books from this author, and think perhaps this just isn't one of the best.

This book was so boring. I really tried hard to like this book but I found it very difficult to get through. I really didn't like the author's writing style. It made it hard to follow the story. I skipped around a lot trying to get to the good parts. Unfortunately, I didn't find many of those. I didn't even finish reading it.
Loved this book ! If you like these types of books you will not be sorry you purchased this one, it's Awesome ! That's all I will say I'm not going to spoil it for you.........
